Our Projects
There are other one-off projects on dialogue, Sport for peace, and peace talks that are not listed below but can be found on our other platforms such as Link, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Project Young Narrators (PYN)
2020 - Present
It's an exclusive and intensive peacebuilding and leadership training for young Nigerian leaders across the geopolitical zones. It is a capacity building on prejudice awareness and reduction, and it also emphasizes nationalism over tribalism; unity over segregation, dialogue over violence, leadership visioning, etc.
Depending on resources, this training is at least a 2-day event each time. About 150 youth across Nigeria have participated in this project. See pictures from previous trainings in Southwest, Northeast, and Northwest Nigeria.
Peace Culture Campaign
2018 – Present
A campaign/training targeted at teenagers' baptism into peacebuilding for we know they are as invaluable stakeholders in having a peaceful community/Nigeria as the adults.
Our target audience, therefore, is secondary school students nationwide, and we have reached about 9,000 students in various secondary schools nationwide in partnership with various school authorities. The project is ongoing.
Pacemlug (Peace Pull)
2017 - Present
An annual peace conference where we bring youths and adults across Nigeria and beyond to discuss some relevant peace-related topics which are relevant to our national affairs. Sessions are often facilitated by selected professionals who are experts and titans in their fields.
We have held the 3-day event yearly from 2017 till date and have recorded more than 12 speakers and facilitators from and outside Nigeria, including university professors, leading discussions on over 20 topics.
On Peace (Publication/broadcast)
2017 - Present
a short article/blog we write regularly to address necessary issues around us per time on our focus areas to enlighten our audience and call for redress where necessary. The writing is done by our ambassadors, and each piece is accredited to the author. We have authored over 210 articles so far with over 20,000 media engagements and impressions. See samples on our blog section and on any of our social media platforms.
Vote Without Fight (VWF)
2019 - Present
It is usually a dramatic and fun-filled road-walk sensitization event. Initiated in 2019 at the dawn of the 2019 general elections in Nigeria, VWF has become a periodic project to sensitize Nigerians on peaceful election and to encourage them to desist from violence or any act at all that is unbecoming of a good citizen of Nigeria at the general elections.
This sensitization reaches over 2 million people via media promotion (Radio and Television news) each time it is broadcast. Aside from the physical walk, we also conduct the campaign virtually across social media platforms.
The first road walk was conducted in Yola, Adamawa state, Northeastern Nigeria in January/February 2017 with over 300 youth volunteers in partnership with the National Youth Service Corp, Nigeria Police, Independent National Election Commission (INEC), Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF), Adamawa Chapter, and National Orientation Agency (NOA), Adamawa Chapter.
