We are excited to share that students and educators are invited to join The King Center, Thursday, February 24, 2022, 10 AM ET, for a Students With King virtual, interactive conversation with Dr. Felica Bolden Mobley, the daughter of Civil Rights Veteran Rev. Willie M. Bolden. She will share her experiences with her father on civil rights; with nonviolence and its application for personal, cultural, and social transformation; with stories about her father on the importance of supporting the work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and The King Center’s global influence.
This event will include a Q & A and will be moderated by Deidra Dukes, News Reporter with FOX 5 (WAGA) News in Atlanta, Georgia.
While it’s principally for educators and secondary school students to learn about civil rights and nonviolence with their peers from the United States, the youth and other interested individuals are also encouraged to sign up.
